What do you mean “use this without mods”? Also rn this version is outdated so you should wait until it’s updated before downloading it.

Sorry I know that wasn’t clear. Basically I just want the game IPA without any mods that allow cheating, I want to play normally, will the mods be automatically activated with no option to change them? 
 

Also yes I can see that I need to wait for the newest version before installing, only issue with this game they update it so regularly was the same in android.

Oh this is only the hacks for the game not a hacked IPA.

Has anyone gotten their bloons account flagged as a cheater from using this yet? I know it is possible to get flagged/banned from pc version but not sure about ios.

A few times... if you don’t greedy maybe you could go along but mine... well... I got banned so many times from so many games.
