CrackerXI+ you can install it with Cydia it will allow you to get the binary or IPA of the game. IDA Pro is another story because it costs money but I'm sure you can find it for free somewhere bc I don't think everyone who has it paid the License for it since it's expensive.

I have a Mac and windows I was going to try do it on Mac but since you’ve said it’s more complicated probably not.  I have both of those but I cannot find the binary of the game which is necessary to be able to find

About your question, i think you're able to find the offsets and just use the live offsets patcher from iOSgods it's not necessary to make a MOD.
