the enemies are still lv -100 but it doesn't affect their stats

So it seems like there are more values I will have to change but im not too certain which ones yet so I will have to mess around with it for now. Its possible the values are server sided and they are corrected when the match starts seeing as it is an event. Don't worry though im pretty certain the normal tower will function fine when they add it back to the game.
