Hey guys,

i just tried to purchase a VIP subscription with the Lunar New Year code and got this error popping up:

Since i have no other credit card i try to get support. I also tried without the discount code. Is it a problem with MasterCard?

Please try a different device and network, and make sure the billing information is correct.

You may also have to contact your bank as there is a possibility they could be blocking the transaction.
