Sky orb is recommended in my opinion, be used ONLY during grand quest. The reason being, if you place it on your other teammates in your squad besides your leader, it will show you have roughly ~15k HP (Even more! ). 15k HP on a unit that has its squads unit leader ability not affecting HP is a sign of questioning when people see you in Arena/Raids. And people just LOVE and I mean LOVE to report cheaters. Just check r/bravefrontier

 

In grand quest however, no one can see your squad because it is a squad entirely separate from the main game itself, so others cannot see your squad that you've formed in here. Just make sure, the ones you chose in your squad to equip Sky orb is not in your party or your current leader in the main game! If you want to equip Sky orb during your grand quest, I highly suggest you make your current main game squad just 1 unit that you will most likely not equip Sky orb with. 

 

In terms of Imp Arton dungeon, there is none You only have a small chance of obtaining him during regular Imp parade runs.

In terms of what to use to not get banned, it's all mostly listed on the first page what you should and should not use in places. Here's a breakdown

 

Mostly Safe in Quest/Raids/Trials/Grand Quest

• God Mode
• Infinite BB
• Debug/Auto-win with or without Auto capture enabled (in raids, it allows you to 'skip' battles. Helpful when you want to run away from a boss w/out having to flee and get damaged for it or just want to get to the boss right away. The 'dragon' will not be there, but the function will be the same as if it was there -- battle will end and you can move onto the next map stage)
• One-Hit KO
• Zel/Honor/Karma modification gain (Do not abuse!)
• Temporary 65k item storage
• Item injection
• Vortex injection
• 0 keys (Do not abuse!)
• Arena/Vortex ABP
• 0 Energy (Do not abuse w/0 keys!)
• Monster One-hit KO (Do not use in Raids! Doesn't work Battle will end, but the boss will not be dead lol)

Slightly Less Safe, But Can Be Used at Your Own Discretion in Frontier Hunter/Frontier Gate

• God Mode
• Infinite BB (I recommend using this very sparingly)
• Enable all friend skills

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE in Trials/Frontier Hunter/Frontier Gate/Arena

• Debug/Auto-win
• Infinite Items
• Monster One-hit KO
