I got temporarily banned a week ago, but just this morning when I checked to see if it is gone, this happened: I got permanently banned. Great. I already contacted Gameloft about this issue, so this reason why I am posting this is because I am asking if this was supposed to happen.

Have you tried unbanning yourself with the Gameloft unban tool?

Not doing that yet. Only when they refuse to give me back my temporary ban.

Don't expect for Gameloft to have mercy on hackers..
