Help/Support Filza error ( could not open in terminal )

Dear Community,

I have downloaded .deb Filza from BigBoss Rep and switched it to .ipa and installed it with sideloadly.
I have tried putting a .deb application in order to install it but it was not installing and giving me this error "could not open in terminal"

My device is IOS 14 and not jail broken

Is there a way to transform the .deb to .ipa?
I did it earlier by putting the .app folder after extraction in Payload and archive; however, apps that are found in here when extracted only gives "library" folder and I am not sure if it's possible to make them .ipa in order to use them on sideloadly

You can't do that, jb tweak can't be transformed to ipa and use for no-jb device that's now how it work. If it easy like that people not gonna waiting for months for jb release and jb their devices
