I've gone through all the steps, but when I load the game up no mod menu or nothing that is modified pops up as far as I can tell. I downloaded the mod through my IOS device (13.3 Jailbreak), and installed it through Filza. The game loads up fine and all but no mod menu ever comes up. Any help would be much appreciated. (Running Jailbreak 13.3, Mod Menu downloaded through Safari and logged into IOSGods, installed through Filza, running Liberty Lite and Shadow for Jailbreak Protection.)

It works.  Im literally using the same environment as you.  You probably did not install a dependency that mod menus need in order to work.  That makes you a f***ing pepega, because the front page literally tells you that you need these dependencies.
