Help/Support Toca Life World crashes whenever I open the game

[Didee 0 iPad Pro (4th, 11") 14.3]

I downloaded the game via sideloadly on my ipad, but when I open it it immediately crashes.

The screen turns white then stops the game.

Send crash logs. Find it in Settings -> Privacy -> Analytics -> Search for toca related, copy everything and paste on pastebin then send the link here

still doesn’t work it just crashes @Laxus (also tried it on my phone didn’t work either)

I tried Altstore and it also didn’t work. downloaded altstore via mac but when loading the game it just stopped. Maybe there is something wrong with the file or something? idkk @Laxus
