Help/Support Sideloadly not showing the apps installed

Greetings!

I have 2 idevices, iphone 12 on ios 12.2.1 and iphone 7 plus on ios 12.
i'm trying to install via sideloadly but keep with the same problem, fllowing the same step-by-step with a dummy apple ID, but when the sideloadly shows "done" on the phone only show the profile, not the app.
what am i doing wrong? am i dumb enought for this new method? (i'm familiar with JB and all that stuff, but sideloadly is kinda new for me, even if it is almost the same as cydia impactor)

Do the logs say anything of value?

Have you attempted rebooting your device?

logs shows the app was successfully installed but i did not try the reebot. (actually i tried the hold power/lock button and when show the turn off option i press the home button, the phone kinda "clean" it self)

This is from the logs od the sideloadly:

nvm i found the problem....
there were one profile that i was testing for my job that prevent other ipa from installing, i just removed and reboot the phone and the app shows up. hehe my bad sorry

Having the same problem phone says it’s installed but app won’t show up on my computer
