Help/Support Help for updating iOS on jailbroken phone

Im using iPhone 7+, on iOS 11.2.5, unc0ver jailbreak. As many of my apps are not updating as they support iOS 12-13, im thinking of upgrading my iOS to 13+. 

However i lack the knowledge on how to do so, so if any tech savvy kind soul could guide me on this, it would make my day. 

I wish to upgrade to any version on ios13. hopefully i still can use unc0ver as ive been using it for many years. if not, what other options do i have? eg, other ios version or jailbreak methods. 

also, what do i have to take note of? backing up my stuffs etc. a complete walk through or some sort if anyone can point me in the right direction. thank you.

You can't Since Apple Stopped signing IOS 13 a long time ago, You either can stay on the current JB or Upgrade to IOS 14 and wait for an Jailbreak which will take a long time

Ok thanks for the advise. I'll probably wait till ios14+ has a stable jailbreak option and move on.
