Help/Support App+ could not install large file

Hi, bought the App+ membership recently to sign some custom apps and somehow it only works with small file, when I tried to install a 1GB IPA it just said that a profile was successfully imported but nothing appeared after that. It is really confusing that the both the paid and free version cannot sign any large file. Hope admin can have solution for this.

Have you tried closing App+ and relaunch àter imported ipa file? Still not work? Try deleting and reinstalling App+

Closing, Relaunching, Reinstalling? Yes and mutiple times.

Have you checked your downloads tab after importing?

How long did you wait for the import?

Yes I did check.

After download the file and share to App+, it showed a notification of successful import and sent me directly to the Download Tab, yet nothing appeared even after waiting for 5 mins.
