Baja a Safe Mode first.

If the signal no longer works the internet works , term and restores the iPhone without going through iTunes ? and my ios 8.3 or will be the case and upgrade ios ?

Restoring might fix your issue but we can try a few other fixes before going to that.

 

And if you restore, you'll go to 8.4.1 which has No Jailbreak but ypu can downgrade to 8.4 while Apple is still signing.
