Help/Support Purchasing VIP but it wont fulfill.

Hello,

When I try to purchase VIP, the website takes my payment method and deducts it from my bank account, but I dont receive VIP. It shows as "Pending" at first, but then expires. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

@Rook i have the same situation. it has expired and in my emails i have only received one from ios gods stating that the purchase is ‘being held for approval’. money has been deducted twice and i haven’t received anything (although it says pending in my banking app) and one order says cancelled and the other says expired. please help.
