I am unable to download anything on my iPhone 12 pro max. It is a new account. But I just purchased the yearly app and I would like a refund as it doesn’t work for me. It downloads on the app fine. But right when I install it - the app on my homescreen is always a black icon that refuses to open. I reached out a while ago but it appears I need to create a topic to get a response.
