I can’t re-installing my app++

Hi guys,

Last week, all app i downloaded on app++ stop working then i try to use app++ but it’s can not. I use the link in the email but the downloader software is just black, when I click it, it says can't download. I think have some problem with my revoke but I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks but no email has been sent to fix the error. Some one can give me some advise. Thank alot.

It should have been fixed a week ago. If there is no email sent to you then contact Rook with your udid and transaction id

i already sent message to @Rook but he not answering me. i think so much messages so he can't know that
