Hi. I made a 1 year subscription but I'm still not able to download contents from the app. Why?

I really don't know what to do: I spent 24$ for 1 year subscription and via app I cannot download anything... it tells me to purchase VIP another time. I don't know how to proceed!

Thank you for the answer. I notice that the app+ is out of stock at the moment, but when I tried to purchase it a pair of days ago it tells me to buy a new subscription... I bought the one on the right! Need to download the “Age of Magic” hacked game, is my subscription enough for it?

Please, answer me: my VIP subscription is enough to download the content I told you in the previous message? If it is, please show me a step by step guide; otherwise explain me what I have to do... hoping I don't have to buy another subscription!
