Help/Support Siri and voice typing are not working

My Siri and voice text hasn't worked in months I did everything I could find on google I did a reset on network settings rebooted all that and still nothing but my mic works for everything else

thats what happened to me i backed my ipad up and restored it lol and it worked fine
