Help/Support Reporting issue for Manor Matters update

First of all I would like to thank you for the Manor Matter Update.

Although the update was great, the issue I’m facing is that it won’t download the in game update after opening up the app. It keeps giving me an error. Is there a way to bypass this?

Can you try this method see if it work?

Video not loading? Follow these steps if you’re stuck on loading screen:

Step One: Ensure app is closed (force close the app).

Step Two: Enable airplane mode. Make sure you are not connected to internet at all

Step Three: Open app, then press try again once or twice and wait for blue loading bar to progress.

Step Four: Toggle off airplane mode / enable internet connection Business as usual after this - the game & hack should load/work after that. ** Keep in mind Playrix is not found of ‘cheaters’ and does have cheating detection, so use with caution and play as normal as much as possible **

thank you for the recommendation. But unfortunately I am still unable to play. I get stuck in the “updating 1/2” portion at 0%. Then periodically it will pop up a network error. Thanks for your help and recommendation, I’ll surely try anything!
