Help/Support Premium will not work

Hello. So I’ve had premium for awhile now but just recently it’s not working. It says that I have paid for it and it won’t be renewed till next year but when I try to download it once again it shows a error sign. Is this just my phone or is it something with the way I’m downloading. It also says that my device isn’t activated for premium? Was I supposed to get another email? I hope you guys can help.

Hello!

You will have to be more specific and tell us what exactly is going on and state the error you're getting.

If you have recently changed devices, you will need to transfer your previous UDID to the new one.

Also, don't confuse ViP with App+ subscription.

I have not changed by device. I have a iosgods+ subscription. It is saying that my device is not activated yet. I have already activated my account so that is why I’m confused. It looks like this

This Device is not (yet) activated to be able to use the iOSGods App+.

If you have purchased the iOSGods App+ but have not yet received an email in 24 hours, please create a support topic on iOSGods so we can look into this.
