Do I need another tool other than Filza to open that file?
How do I open it?

You can still use the same tools, those file managers, zip openers for IPA in PC

Just look for UnityFrameworks folder when you enter the .app of the game.

For example: FIFA.app -> UnityFrameworks -> UnityFramework file
