Help/Support Can't install App+ so many times

Dear bro @Rook, my App+ and all apps installed from App+ can not open from 4 days ago.
I tried to reinstall App+ so many times but it's still report "can not install"
And the icon become like this.

i'm using XS max ios 13.7 and non jailbreak. And how can i extent my membership App+ cuz i saw it's out of stock on website. My last date is 14/10/2020

Look like it's expired or revoked. You can't renew due to we out of stocks
