I totally agree with you when it comes to sucrose. I have all the 5 star characters and more. Sucrose, by default doesn’t have high DPS compared to the rest but if u use the hack+sucrose’s special ability, u can make infinite anemo butterfly things every half a second which is just insane. Your screen is just filled with those things and it’s simply OP. 
 

I honestly believe my lvl 80 Diluc, childe, venti and zhong li PUT TOGETHER, who are my main team, would lose to a Lvl 80 Sucrose with hacks.

Especially she can cast multi element burst without animation, that's OP.

I totally agree!  Until now, no one can replace Succrose!  I retired all my 5-star characters!  :))
