If i just wanted to learn how to hack or modify 1 particular game

starting from scratch (less than a noob) where would I need to start?

You can use the Tutorials section like where I started. It's better to start of easy with "Mobile Subtrate/MS' hacking Method.

It's pretty easy and once you learned, you can do MSHOOK w/ IDA.

First try is: LocaliAPStore

Did you try to use a Memory Editor like: GameGem, GamePlayer, IGameGuardian... ?

First step is to try to modify the values with the Memory Editor if it doesn't work then probably Mobile Substrate.

Well I'll download the game on my phone and see what can be done with it.

The game is online only. Which is probably for security, which makes it more complicated to hack. I have tried NOTHING lol like i said consider me as less than a noob when it comes to iphone hacks. I haven't even jailbroken my device.

I'm experienced with modding games on PC, and hacking console games all the way since NES (game genie my first love) so baby steps guys, once i get the basics down I think I can do some good stuff until then I am a kid lost in the woods no clue where to go, or how to start.

I would like to avoid stuff that possibly wouldn't work since at this time i'm only interested in this particular game. Are any of you familiar with it by any chance? Haypi Monsters 1.7
