Apple have taken down infinity blade when they can just keep them

Many people say that Epic game have some proplem with developing the game so they take it down, but to me , its Apple fault. Cause if the Epic games stop updating , then they should just keep the game instead of taking it down or upgrading the game and let the buyer/user enjoy their precious time!
