Help/Support Oops page when trying to install App+

I received the updated app+ email on September 12. I’ve tried to install it several times (30 min in the morning and 30 min in the evening typically). Normally the install “catches” and I’m able to install and use the app+ but this time it continuously gives me the oops page with no installation. My iPhone software is version 13.4.1 and it isn’t jailbroken. Please let me know what I can do to fix this.

I’m having the same problem bro. Maybe they ran out of the certificates.

They are avoiding to answer, so at-least you are not alone lol. It's been a week, if they dont have enough certificates they should inform us about that

A also have the same issue. My main games have been updated and I can’t play them now until I can load app+. Such a bummer

@Rook did we run out of certificates? Or do I just need to keep trying?

Best is pm Rook with your udid and transaction id so he can check, he fixed for other guy couple days ago

The error maybe system is overload cause too many people are trying to install

I’ll try and pm him and see what he says. And I’ll just keep trying to install as well.
