App name is Fetch Rewards, I know there is app manager and I tried wiping and it seemed to work once but i signed out and tried again it did not let me make a new account (the app also has a 1 account per device which i try to get around) 

I know slices used to work but I cant find it for ios 13

you’ll need to have your device jailbroken and go to cydia then you want to get AppsManager

tweak : Udid Faker

but i don’t think it is the right way. i am pretty sure using CacheClearer and AppsManager should work ! (work for PUBG / CODM)
