Help/Support It doesn't let me re-install iOSGods app+ (Device not activated)

Hello,

Usually when I have a problem with the iosgod app+ I re-install it, however this time around when I tried to install it, it said “It seems you have received the email but your device has not been activated” I thought maybe it was because I ran out of membership but by the looks of it I’m not since it still says I’m a VIP member and I’m also still able to use apps that I’ve downloaded from the iOSGods app+, If you could help me out that’ll be great!

Please check the date on your activation email. Perhaps your subscription has indeed expired?

Thank you for coming back to me so quickly. 

I received the email a while back when i first bought it but i go back to it when i want to re-install the app also I checked my subscriptions and i'm still paying for the iosgod app + 

Edit: Well it says i'm paying for the vip app but is it that i don't have the vip plus?

ViP and App+ are indeed different subscriptions.
