The permission denied error might be because you need to be root. I see you're also missing UIKIT Framework. I think you need to reinstall theos using this tutorial: http://iosgods.com/topic/656-video-how-to-set-up-theos-on-idevice/

If I go to root and cd then it doesn't find the project

If I go to root and cd then it doesn't find the project

After going root, you location will be in /var/root/ so you will need to type in terminal the whole path of your project folder.

 

From what I can see it's 

cd /var/mobile/test/

Don't know about the linker error but the UIKIT error can be resolved by reinstalling theos using that tutorial.

Delete the theos folder using iFile should do. Also remove the tweaks that are associated with it and install the ones from that video tutorial.

No. The SDK needs to go to /var/sdks/

Extract it using iFile.
