Help/Support PUBG Mobile: Not connecting to the server, and no connection to the App Store.

Hello,

I just recently installed the PUBG Mobile VIP hack, and I have been clumsy enough to have not properly configure the menu and have been banned on all throwaway accounts instantly when logged in, I figured out how to use the menu and I now have a serious issue...

I cannot connect to the game servers at all when I launch the game; I successfully log into the mod menu and get to the login screen, but nothing works. "Network error: login failed. Please check your network settings." I also cannot access the App Store either; "Cannot Connect to App Store".

Could I perhaps get some help?

Note: I can connect to other apps like YouTube and everything else except PUBGM and the App Store.

UPDATE: I've re-jailbroken my phone with Unc0ver and it seems that the App Store loads when the jailbreak state is enabled, but as soon as I open PUBGM, I get the connection error and then this applies to the App Store.

This sounds like you have an anti-ban running which is blocking the app from connecting to its servers.

I have installed the anti-ban methods that were on the page, it could possibly be that, but which one?

I installed "hosts file 4" and "Antiban system by yusaaktas".

Try logging in first without cheat or anti ban, then apply the anti ban and test.

How about the hosts file? Should I clear that?

Also when I reinstall the game to use the Guest account, it still shows up as banned til 2030.

UPDATE: I ran the game without the anti-ban or anything, and it seemed to work, but as soon as I enabled "Anti-Ban iOSGODS" "LetMeBlock" and "PUBGMOBILEiOSGodsCom" and entered the game, banned again. Now running WITHOUT "LetMeBlock" and "PUBGMOBILEiOSGodsCom", no ban so far 6 mins into the match...

Nvm, just got banned.

I can't find any way at all to prevent getting banned, only thing i'm using on the menu is the "Disable Anti-Cheat" and "Anti-Ban #2" options.
