Help/Support Banned on Kim Kardashian Hollywood, unban?

Anyone know how I can get unbanned on Kim kardashian Hollywood? I went over the amount of kstars I was supposed to have and now I can’t compete in events or even buy kollections now. Any help???

You should keep K-stars Under 7,999. Over that, you’ll get banned.

you can restart the game to 0 :

install apps manager, select your app and press « wipe ».

if that dosnt work, install cache clearer.

go to général>iphone storage> appname> and press the 2 option in red

You have to stay under 50,000 stars and 4,800 energy. The options for kollections and events will come back once you decrease to that level.

Also, the way to know if youre banned or not is to check your fashion closet. If you still have pet options (dog icon), then youre not banned. If the option is missing, youre banned.

Yes unfortunately I am banned. I can’t do anything now. No events. No closet. I’m stuck on level when you first meet Kim. I can’t travel or anything. I have deleted the app deleted the data but still when I re download it’s the same. I admit I did get greedy but I didn’t know you had to stay under a certain limit.

Ik this thread is super old but just now I spent pretty much the whole day doing parties to build up my rank bc Simon was telling me to reach Top 100, Top 50, Top 10, only to get to the top and realising my account was banned or more so "restricted" as I wasn't getting any new quests at all lmao.

Are you still getting random calls from Simon for random gigs? I feel like I’m banned as well but I’m not sure because  Simon still calls me
