Help/Support Paid for VIP 35$ ,, but I got nothing

Hi,, 

so as in the title ,, I paid like 2 days ago but I didnt recieve any email nor can I use any VIP cheats ,, now what ??? 
 

I already used this for the past 3 months so I just renewed it 2 days ago ,, but I cant use anything ,, as if I paid arround 35 $ for nothing ,, please help

I verified my email ,,, checked the junK And spam and all ,, Still nothing ,, please help
