Help/Support App Dynasty Legends Warrior United cannot open

Hi Rook,

i am using App+ since Nov 2019 up to now but i do not see any problems. As a result of this, my account looks new without many posts. However this time i faced with difficulty and i need your support to overcome it.

After having a few days that i cannot open this game (other apps installed from App+ work normally), i try to reset and erase all data and even change region as guided from FAQ but this app still not be used normally.

The symptom is that this app suddenly shutdown after openning 30 seconds. 
 

I used iphone XR, ios: 13.5.1, non-jailbreak phone.

Please help me to look into it.
