This kind of error occurs if in your phone/emulator there is another program in background that tries to access the same memory that 7DS is using. Usually the root cause is just bad programing from that background application (someone does not know how to use a pointer) and it's "fixed" with a simple restart, sometimes it is necessary to clear the cache. This is very common in IOS development.
