The Kernbypass needs to also be updated. 
I would recommend getting it removed until he updates both.

 

Remove kernbypass in Cydia then also in icleaner, then reboot your device.

@Laxus I’ve tried my fix for KernBypass that worked on all prior versions but for some reason can’t get it to work again. I think something else needs to be updated now. 
edit: removed mod update request since you posted it at the same time as I did

Just tried out the new kernbypass and am still getting the security code error. I’ve tried a few times now.
