Help/Support Won’t install after revoke was fixed

I received the email that the revoke was fixed but when I try to install it, I keep getting the message: Sorry! Some error occured!

and then asking me to install again.
I have uninstalled the app weeks ago, and I close all the other apps. I have also changed my location on settings.
my phone is an iphone 8plus on IOS 13.1.1

please help
