So having issues with the Lensa App, it installs and runs fine but it says click purchase then cancel to unlock everything. I am guessing this does not work when installing through Altstore as the app is sandboxed. It works when installing from iOS Gods (before revoke)

Is there a way around this?

Hello,

Unsure why that would happen, but you could try Sideloadly to see if there's a difference.

Doesn't work when installed with Sideloadly either. When you click purchase, it just thinks forever. You can X out of it but the app remains locked down.
