i get this error every time i try to sign an app

 

Failed: (3019) Authentication Error. Xcode 7.3 or later is required to continue developing with your Apple ID.

Hello,

 Do you have any advanced options enabled? Make sure the Anisette option is ticked.

this is the whole error

 

Checking iOS version...

iOS version 13.3.1, will not mangle bundleID

Obtaining team ID

Using team "REDACTED" (Individual) with id REDACTED

Making sure device ID REDACTED is registered

Failed: (3019) Authentication Error. Xcode 7.3 or later is required to continue developing with your Apple ID.

It’s possible that your antivirus or firewall  or something else on your PC is blocking Sideloadly. Could you check and whitelist if possible?
