Today when I opened the app+ it kept saying I needed to activate it. I went through and deleted the app and tried to redownload it, Ive activated it under profiles, it still isn’t working. Suddenly I get a message saying my device has not been activated. I’m really confused as I could have sworn I had more time before it expired. I tried to check previous subscriptions and I can’t find it anywhere to be able to double check. I’m on an iPhone 8 Plus running 13.3.1.

I swear it was another month at least, and I have no way to check when I bought my membership or when it expires.

I just bought the 1 year membership on 25th of July, I haven't been able to download the app, I got a new email that you guys fixed it but still, why can't I even download it for more than a week now?
