Help/Support Unable to access iOSGods App+ after reboot

So I bought iOSGods+ to jailbreak I accidentally tuned my phone off and I can’t access iOSGods+ due not having jailbreak and I asked a friend he said I will be receiving an email about iOS idk he didn’t really said what the email might be about but I haven’t received it and I can’t access iosgod+ if I am not jailbroken and I can’t download apps from iOSGods+ please help me

I did but I can’t find the topic about it I have jailbroken now and I can access the app fine I just can’t download uncover and other games they just stay in downloads and when I try to download uncover it stops and when I click unable to install and to this day I haven’t received an email please help I feel like I just wasted 20$ on nothing

Try deleting and reinstall, provide screenshot or screen record would also help
