Help/Support Nothing works

Still can’t download appsA few days ago I bought the app plus. Then I bought the VIP. I can get in and when I download the app I go to install it on my phone and the only thing it says is label. Once I touch on the app, the only option I have is to delete. I tried this with multiple games with the same result.

I was referred to the frequently asked questions section and I did all of that quit deleted and reinstalled everything. Nothing helps.
 

I only play one game, so any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Try deleting the App+ and reinstall. Would be great if you can provide more info like device type, os, vide of the problem, etc ..

Read the solution above, most people fixed it by deleting and re-installing App+

@Dhawk63 If that doesn’t fix it, in App+, I’ve noticed that if you leave App+, it’ll interrupt the download. This will cause it to fail. So if reinstalling App+ doesn’t work, just try to download something, and wait at the download screen, until you’re prompted to install it.

 

Edit: Reread your initial post. So when the download is interrupted (due to leaving the App+) for me, I’m shown “Label” under my Downloaded app as well. Then I am forced to delete it and restart. So do this @Dhawk63, wait for the download to finish before leaving the App+. You can browse still, but remain inside App+, until the prompt to install. Once the install has commenced, you should be good from that point.

 

This is also true for Custom Installs as well.

Thank you for your response. I finally got it to download, but when I touch on it it acts like it’s going to be open then it pops right back to the icon.

Now even though I OS gods app does the same thing. I touch it it acts like it’s going to open, and goes right back to the icon. Over, and over, and over.
