Since os11 there is no longer iTunes.  Try it on your macbook.  If you use windows you need iTunes.

I even tried installing via altstore and nothing happens it just loads, then crash altstore but when i reopen it didnt install so idk what to do

Nvm altstore is working now, what i did was switched from my dummy apple id to my original and retired downloading and it worked. So for some reason dummy account didnt wanna install it
