I cannot seem to reproduce this issue after testing. Can you try removing PlugIns in Sideloadly?

Under "Advanced Options" and then Remove PlugIns.

It says there are no plugins

I try with no pluging and is the same ,and is only on CSR2 because the other game are fine maybe is a problem in the game files ?
