My working solution is a combo of 2 actually.

 

1. Agree to the new Dev ToC.

2. Use a VPN, it will simply work.

Sideloadly version 0.25, Windows 10.0, amd64

Using IPA file: E:/Games/IPA/DouyinNoWatermark_16.0.1.ipa: fb5367792a9d9be671c909445c1a07f6

Checking iOS version...

iOS version 15.4, will mangle bundleID

Obtaining team ID

Got error: Login failed (-36607): Unable to sign you in to your Apple ID. Try again later.

Retrying with alt Anisette

I use 3uTool to sign IPA now and working, only sideloadly not working... Please fix soon admin @Rook
