Already did that. Also tried the bruteforce some talked about (trying over and over until it loads). No change.

Okay it took me 100+ tries but simply retrying over and over solved it...........

This did not work for me.

Same sh!t every time. And the others are saying to go to https://developer.apple.com/account/ and accept the agreement at the top. https://i.imgur.com/svabSCz.jpg, there is no agreement at the top as shown in the photo.

@Rook Any solutions seeing as the others aren't working? Maybe it's a serverside issue? I have no idea, could be clientside, but that's what I'm tryna figure out, whether it's a me issue or a server issue so I can know if it's something fixable on my end.
