You could try enabling the device limitation feature under advanced options and see if that helps.

 I ended up finding a different IPA from a different user that supported my device. Thanks for your help!!

This has been working great for me.  Now that Wi-Fi sideloading is a thing, I think it would be cool to have an automatic "sign every ___ days" feature where you can maybe have presets containing the .ipa, device and settings so it can resign the app every so often to prevent it from expiring.  Or maybe some sort of API to connect it to the Shortcuts app so we can resign manually using our phone?  Anyway, great program.  Signing via Xcode was getting annoying.

Automatic re-signing is planned and should hopefully be available in a future update.
