Hello. i Had error when i try to use Sideloadly for iphone 5s 9.3.2

ERROR: Guru Meditation 8d61e2@1069:2d389a [Errno 22] Invalid argument: 'C:\\Users\\x7turist\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\tmpe9nlcp6v\\Payload\\NvwaStone.app\\NvwaStone'

Can someone help me?
