I keep getting "Nothing Downloaded this time, will retry in 2 seconds" .... "Continue downloading" .... "Nothing downloaded this time, will retry in 4 seconds".... ect.... I have my phone hooked up with my dummy account being used. also tried my regular account. I have the iPhone XR. I am on the windows version 32bit. Any advice?

I can’t open Sideloadly on my device, when I open it, a notification was appear: “Failed to init layer 2: Guru Meditation b87b28@4:ad7080 DLL load failed while importing pyexpat: The parameter is incorrect.” What can I do?
