Download the IPA manually and drag & drop into Sideloadly for now.

Your error is different and unrelated to the above. Currently unsure what could be causing your error and you are the first one to report that.

Don’t know what this mean but try to disable firewall and antivirus aswell ( if you have )

And make sure you have enough space on place which you put sideloady in

what's the solution to the above problem ?

Now, A new Apple ID has required 2FA, therefore, you need to find or share the account that have only 1FA (dont verify via phone number)
