This is an issue with the app itself and not Sideloadly.

Hey, so I went to the Apple ID website and got the password, but it's saying on sideloadly that the password is wrong when i copied and pasted it in. I didn't use a capital letter in my email and I know for a fact the password is right. Is this a bug?

This requires the normal password. Not app-specific.

I'm getting "Verification Code Incorrect" when entering in the correct code given to me via a call from Apple. The phone number is the right one from Apple. Not sure why Sideloadly is throwing me this error. Any fix?
